RECIPE OF THE MONTH
PUMPKIN PIE OATMEAL
(A GREAT WAY TO USE YOUR
DAILY PROTEIN POWDER)
INGREDIENTS:
PREPERATION

In a small pot bring milk and water to a boil over medium heat. Add oats, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until liquid is absorbed, about 7-10 minutes, stirring occasionally..
- Once the liquid is absorbed, stir in pumpkin, almonds and sweetner.
- Combine water and protein powder in a seperate bowl. Mix with a fork until protein is dissolved.
For a smoother consistency, mix powder with water in a blender until protein powder is dissolved.
- Pour protein mixture over oatmeal and serve
**NOTE-
You can add raisins or dried cranberries. Sliced bananas are also a great addition!
